All cartridges must be free of damage to be recycled.

We offer 25% discount on your cartridge if you send to us and we will ship back to you refilled. We will not send you the same cartridge back however. It will be another one recycled.

Conditions for return (Conditions for personal compensation)

All cartridges that are returned to us must adhere to the following requirements for us to compensate you if you wish us to send you a cheque:

1. The cartridge must be only used once and not refilled
2. It cannot be tampered with in any way
3. The cartridge must have the Original Brand Label on it
4. The printhead has no visible signs of damage and the case is undamaged

Please also note that for every cartridge sent back to us for compensation, we will inspect every cartridge before informing you which ones can be recycled.
